"Amanda and the team were helpful with my sudden total loss this month. Though I hated having to deal with claims agents and the remoteness of apps and the difficulty connecting to agents when you need them, the local office was a good place to vent and get some answers. I'd love for the process to be all in the office setting where you can negotiate details of your offer in person but times have changed!"

"I am from Massachusetts but was in North Carolina to pick up a car my aunt was giving to me. It had been a very lengthy and complicated process figuring out what was needed to be able to get a temporary plate to drive the car from North Carolina back to Massachusetts. Fortunately, after several fruitless hours on the phone with different insurance companies at the DMV office, I went to the State Farm office next door and met Mitch. He was so kind and knowledgeable and understood exactly what was needed and got me the right kind of policy then and there. I was able to drive off with a temporary North Carolina license plate! He was an absolute godsend. It was just night and day talking to a real person. Mitch is the best!"

"It was a horrible experience, never transfer your policy to these agent, They told me my insurance would be 167 and asked me to transfer my policy from progressive insurance which was 205 and accepted it, then in next cycle they made it 364 without telling me and I asked why and they told me that it was because tickets but they said that they can drop it to 227, however next cycle they did it again 364 , and I asked why you are doing this and horrible customer service telling me that they will do it one more cycle like like this and they’re is no online cancellation , they are making everything to steal your money"
